How listings are verified

1. You submit
Send your business name, website, location, categories, minimum order, and shipping details through the listing form. It takes a few minutes.
2. We verify
Every detail is checked against your live website — business name, address, phone, services, and any pricing or turnaround claim. Anything that cannot be confirmed is left out rather than guessed.
3. You go live
Your listing is written in the third person, published with a Verified Supplier badge, and cross-linked from the state, city, and category pages that match where you actually ship.

What this directory will not do

Paid placement buys position and prominence. It does not buy a different set of facts. Descriptions stay factual and in the third person whether a listing is free or sponsored, and an editorial review of a sponsored business will still say what it costs and where it falls short.

Listings are also not sold as SEO links. Free listings are nofollow and paid placements are marked rel="sponsored", which is how Google asks paid links to be disclosed. If link equity is what you are shopping for, this is not the right buy.

How much does a listing on DTF Database cost?

A standard verified listing is free. Featured and Sponsored placements are paid, and rates depend on category and how many advertisers are already placed in that category. Email for current rates.

What does it take to get listed for free?

A real, working business website and contact details that match what is published on that site. Every submission is checked against the live site before it goes in the directory, and listings that cannot be verified are not published.

Do you write the listing description for me?

Yes. Listing descriptions are written editorially in the third person from your public site and your submission. Marketing copy is not copied across verbatim, and claims that cannot be verified are left out.

How long does it take to get listed?

Free listings are processed in review batches, so timing varies. Paid placements are set up directly and go live as soon as the listing is written and verified.

Do listing links pass SEO value?

Free listing links carry rel="nofollow". Paid placements carry rel="sponsored", which is Google's designation for paid links. Neither is sold as a way to pass ranking signal — the value of a placement is qualified buyers reaching your site, not link equity.

Can I be listed if I do not have a website?

Occasionally, yes. A phone-only listing is possible for an established local shop where the business can still be verified another way, but no outbound link is rendered on those listings.
