The integrated IdeaStudio app handles editing, RIP, and gang sheet nesting. Powder is applied by hand; bundles add the D01 curing oven and a 15 x 15 inch auto heat press.

Procolored's dual-printhead A3 DTF printer, announced September 18, 2026 and on sale October 15, 2026. List price is $3,399 with a $2,999 launch price and early-bird discounts to $2,799. Procolored has not disclosed the printhead model, ink capacity, dimensions, or whether a shaker or oven is included.

The UniNet DTF 1000 is a 13-inch roll-fed desktop DTF printer built on a modified Epson engine. It uses a five-color CMYK plus white ink set with continuous feed and a white ink circulation system, and ships with UniNet's DTF ProRIP software, starter consumables, a 100-meter film roll, and video training. It is aimed at short-run apparel decorators producing transfers for light and dark garments.

Second-generation version of xTool's one-click DTF printer, listed on xTool's US store since late July 2026. It keeps the original Apparel Printer's two Epson I1600 printheads and 14 inch width and adds a built-in humidifier, an upgraded white ink damper, wet capping, and app monitoring. MSRP is $5,399 for the printer, $8,099 for the Versatile Bundle, and $8,999 for the All-in-1 Bundle; on September 29, 2026 an anniversary sale had them at $4,999, $7,399, and $7,499. The automated powder and bake workflow requires xTool's shaker oven, which does not accept third-party film.

Roll-fed DTF printer from OMTech with two Epson I1600 printheads, rated by OMTech at up to 50 square feet per hour on 15 inch film. It launched on Kickstarter in December 2025 and is now sold on OMTech's US store. On September 26, 2026 the printer-only listing was $3,899.99 on sale against a $5,499.99 regular price, and the Shaker & Dryer bundle was $4,999.99 against $7,499.99. A single-head Aurora D1 (Epson F1080, 11 sq ft/hr) is sold alongside it.

Roland DG's 20-inch desktop DTF printer, available from June 2026 at a $7,995 US MSRP as the successor to the VersaStudio BY-20. It adds a second white ink channel, a 500 ml cartridge option, internal ink temperature control, and improved filtration, and keeps the integrated vinyl cutter. Powdering and curing are separate steps; no shaker or oven is included.

The first of Epson's two dedicated G-series DTFilm printers: a 35.4-inch roll-to-roll DTFilm printer with a PrecisionCore Micro TFP printhead and UltraChrome DF CMYK + White ink. Announced January 22, 2025 at an estimated $13,995 MSRP and shipping since spring 2025; Epson.com lists it at $14,995 (September 2026).

Brother's hybrid direct-to-garment and direct-to-film printer, announced July 17, 2026. It prints DTG onto cotton and natural-fiber garments and DTF onto transfer film from the same machine, with a 16 x 21 inch print area, two print heads at 1200 x 1200 dpi, and continuous white ink circulation. DTF output still requires separate powdering and curing. Authorized dealers listed it at $16,995 in September 2026.

Roland DG's 30-inch roll-to-roll direct-to-film printer, the updated version of the TY-300 that Roland DGA launched in North America in January 2025. Roland DG announced the TY-300i enhancements on Jan. 7, 2026: double the white ink capacity, improved white ink circulation, and new color profiles. Roland DGA listed it at a $17,195 promotional price (was $23,195) in October 2026. A powder shaker and dryer are sold separately.

Brother's bulk-ink GTXpro B is a production direct-to-garment printer that Brother lists for both direct-to-garment and direct-to-film printing. It prints up to 16 x 21 inches with two piezo heads (CMYK and white) at 1200 x 1200 dpi and remains in Brother's lineup alongside the GTX300 and DTRX100.

Brother's GTXpro is a direct-to-garment (DTG) printer that can also print DTF transfers on film. It prints up to 16 x 21 inches with two piezo heads (CMYK and white) at 1200 x 1200 dpi. Brother has replaced it with the GTX300 hybrid, and its GTXpro R2R roll-to-roll DTF setup is no longer listed.

Epson's 64-inch wide-format production DTF printer featuring twin-roll printing, a user-replaceable PrecisionCore Micro TFP printhead, and UltraChrome DF inks. Designed for high-volume commercial DTF transfer production at speeds up to 350 ft²/hr. Launched in 2026 at $24,995 MSRP through Epson Professional Imaging authorized resellers.

STS Inks' 24-inch roll-to-roll production DTF printer built on a Mutoh platform, sold in the US at a $24,995 MSRP. It runs two staggered Mutoh AccuFine HD printheads at up to 1200 x 1200 dpi with built-in white ink circulation. Mutoh Europe added the same machine to its EMEA catalog in April 2026. Sold as a printer only; the S-20 automatic shaker and dryer are separate.

Four-head, 24-inch roll-fed DTF printer from Tampa, Florida-based ColDesi, added to its DTF 24 Series between the two-head 24H2 and five-head 24H5. ColDesi lists up to 125 linear feet per hour in CMYK plus white, a 22.5 inch print width, and the 24POW shaker/dryer. The ColDesi store listed it at $29,995 on September 25, 2026.

Brother's 32-inch roll-to-roll production DTF system, first shown at Impressions Expo Long Beach in January 2026 and announced for the Americas on June 3, 2026. The DTRX100 prints up to 31.5 inches wide with four Brother piezo heads at up to 600 x 1200 dpi, and it ships with a matching adhesive powder applicator and curing unit. An authorized dealer listed the system at $39,995 in September 2026.
