802 Print is a community-centered commercial printing and apparel decorating company located at 61 Main Street in historic downtown Vergennes, Vermont 05491. Serving Addison County and the greater Champlain Valley, the business provides custom garment customization, promotional products, and wide-format signage for local businesses, schools, municipal departments, and community festivals, in addition to hosting the popular Vermont Shirt of the Month program.
The company operates professional digital textile transfer hardware alongside high-output screen printing carousels and wide-format graphic printers. Utilizing digital direct-to-film technology, 802 Print manufactures full-color heat transfers with vivid CMYK inks, a dense white underbase, and thermoplastic adhesive powder. These transfers allow print shops and local decorators to decorate challenging fabrics including polyester performance knits, softshell jackets, cotton caps, and moisture-wicking jerseys.
Project consultations and quotes are handled by phone at (802) 870-7264 or via email at greg@print802.com. The finished transfers apply seamlessly at 315°F for 15 seconds under firm pressure and peel cold, followed by a brief second press with parchment paper to ensure wash durability. Clients can pick up their orders directly at the Main Street storefront in Vergennes or opt for reliable postal delivery across Vermont.
