Atomic Threads is an industrial apparel decoration and corporate uniform manufacturing company situated on West Dakota Avenue in Hayden, Idaho. Serving Kootenai County, Coeur d’Alene, Post Falls, and the greater Inland Northwest, the company manages branded merchandise programs for resort hospitality properties, aerospace manufacturers, financial institutions, and regional retail brands.

The company integrates digital Direct-to-Film print embellishments alongside traditional embellishment disciplines to achieve photorealistic graphics, sharp vector text, and multi-colored crests on performance apparel. DTF transfers are engineered to adhere permanently to technical outerwear fabrics, water-resistant softshells, bonded fleece jackets, and polyester athletic polo shirts without compromising garment breathability. Transfers utilize high-grade water-based pigments and flexible adhesive backings that endure demanding laundering schedules and cold-weather outdoor exposure.

Complementing its digital transfer operations, Atomic Threads operates automatic screen printing presses, multi-head commercial embroidery stations, laser-cut patch machinery, and customized webstores for corporate clients. New decoration projects operate with a five-hundred-dollar opening order minimum, with zero minimum constraints on subsequent reorders. Regional clients can pick up finished orders at the Hayden manufacturing plant or schedule direct freight delivery across North Idaho and eastern Washington.
