BulkApparel

BulkApparel is an online wholesale blank apparel supplier operated from 2244 Faraday Ave Suite 102, Carlsbad, CA 92008. It sells blank t-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, polos, hats, tank tops, jackets, and tote bags to businesses, print shops, schools, organizations, and individuals, and can be reached at 1-877-629-5110 or through live chat on its website.

The catalog covers widely used decoration blanks from brands including Gildan, Bella + Canvas, Hanes, Comfort Colors, Next Level, Jerzees, Independent Trading Co., Port & Company, Port Authority, Sport-Tek, Champion, Tultex, and Richardson. Staples such as the Gildan 5000 and Bella + Canvas 3001 are among its listed best sellers. BulkApparel advertises volume discounts of 5% to 14% on orders over $250.

Alongside blanks, BulkApparel prints custom DTF transfers. Customers can build a gang sheet online, upload a print-ready gang sheet (AI, PNG, or PDF), or order individual DTF transfers by size. The company states that it does not press transfers onto garments; customers apply the transfers themselves with a heat press. Its DTF FAQ lists sheet sizes including A4, A3, and 22 × 24 in plus custom gang sheet formats, says most DTF orders are processed within one to two business days, and states the transfers are tested for 50 or more washes with proper application. There is no minimum order on either blanks or transfers.

BulkApparel ships from warehouses in multiple U.S. states. According to its shipping page, orders placed Monday through Friday before 1:00 PM local warehouse time usually ship the same day, UPS Ground orders generally arrive in one to three business days, and shipping is free on orders of $79 or more, with smaller orders starting at $6.85. Because it sells both blanks and transfers, decorators can source garments and DTF prints from one vendor.
