Golden Key Promotions

Golden Key Promotions conducts corporate apparel consulting, garment embellishment, and promotional branding from its South Kingstown, Rhode Island offices. Operating as an active member of the Southern Rhode Island Chamber of Commerce, the business assists academic departments at the University of Rhode Island, regional medical practices, financial institutions, and corporate enterprises across South County with decorated corporate wear and executive gifts. The firm coordinates decoration projects utilizing advanced commercial heat transfer presses and industrial embroidery partners.

The company provides direct-to-film garment heat transfers, custom embroidery, screen printing, and logo merchandise sourcing. Direct-to-film transfer technology allows clients to decorate corporate quarter-zips, golf polo shirts, softshell jackets, and canvas bags with intricate multi-color corporate identities and fine text. Dedicated account managers oversee digital artwork proofing, garment sizing charts, and brand standards to ensure exact PMS color execution across varied fabric textures.

Orders are dispatched directly to client commercial facilities or event locations via tracked ground parcel delivery across Rhode Island and New England. Production lead times average seven to ten business days from artwork sign-off, with sample approvals arranged prior to major corporate rollouts. Recommended heat press guidelines for direct-to-film transfers involve application at 315 degrees Fahrenheit under medium-heavy pressure for twelve seconds, a complete cold peel, and a final protective four-second press.
