Hau Ink

Hau Ink is a professional apparel decoration studio and print shop located on New York Avenue in Martinsburg, West Virginia. Serving Berkeley County, the Eastern Panhandle, and surrounding regional communities, the company specializes in custom textile customization, commercial screen printing, and modern digital garment printing. The production facility combines precision graphic design with industrial-grade printing systems to manufacture retail-ready apparel for small businesses, school athletics, automotive clubs, and corporate organizations.

The company provides commercial direct to film transfer printing and custom gang sheets engineered for remarkable durability and color saturation. Utilizing commercial water-based pigment inks, high-density white underbases, and premium PET film rolls, Hau Ink reproduces photographic graphics, fine linework, and multi-color gradients without requiring per-color screen setups. The resulting heat transfers adhere cleanly to 100 percent ring-spun cotton, polyester performance fabrics, cotton-poly fleece, safety workwear, canvas tote bags, and headwear.

Orders are produced with typical turnaround times ranging between two and four business days, accommodating both single-sample requests and large volume production runs. Local clients can schedule direct pickup at the Martinsburg studio on New York Avenue, while regional and national orders ship through dependable parcel carriers. Application parameters require heating between 300°F and 315°F for 12 to 15 seconds under medium-to-firm pressure, followed by a cold peel and a brief finishing press.
