Heather & Heather Screen Printing, operating under Heather & Heather, Inc., is a full-service custom garment decoration and promotional product company located at 197 Shady Lane in Soldotna, Alaska 99669. Established in 1989 on the Kenai Peninsula, the company outfits Kenai River fishing charters, local commercial fisheries, tourism operators, schools, and non-profit organizations across Southcentral Alaska.
The company provides Direct-to-Film (DTF) transfers, direct-to-garment (DTG) digital printing, traditional textile screen printing, and commercial embroidery. Specific DTF printer hardware is not published, but the shop utilizes professional digital film systems and automated curing equipment to manufacture full-color, ready-to-press heat transfers. The DTF method allows fine-line vector logos, full-color fish illustrations, and multi-gradient designs to be pressed onto cotton, poly-blends, moisture-wicking gear, and heavy fleece without setup screens.
Standard turnaround runs 5 to 8 business days from final art confirmation. Heat press application parameters recommend 315 to 320 degrees Fahrenheit for 12 to 15 seconds under medium-heavy pressure with a warm or cold peel. Decorators can collect finished transfers and decorated garments at the Shady Lane facility in Soldotna or arrange delivery across the Kenai Peninsula and statewide.
