Hexx Design Co

Hexx Design Co operates a specialized custom apparel decoration and transfer printing shop on West Michigan Avenue in Battle Creek, Michigan. Servicing Calhoun County, Kalamazoo, Marshall, Albion, and the broader Southwest Michigan market, the company provides in-house direct-to-film transfer printing, direct-to-garment digital printing, embroidery, and contract apparel embellishment. Utilizing commercial digital printers, Hexx Design Co creates rich, full-color transfers that bond durably to cotton, polyester, nylon, and heavy blended fleece garments.

The company produces custom heat transfers and gang sheets for local print shops, corporate clients, school athletic departments, and boutique clothing lines. By leveraging DTF printing technology, Hexx Design Co enables decorators to apply intricate, multi-colored graphics without expensive screen setup fees or color separation restrictions. In addition to custom transfers, the shop provides end-to-end decorated apparel production, handling garment sourcing, printing, and packaging under one roof.

Located on the West Michigan Avenue commercial corridor in Battle Creek, the shop offers scheduled order pickup and personal consultations for regional apparel decorators and businesses. For clients situated outside the immediate Battle Creek and Kalamazoo area, finished transfers and apparel shipments are dispatched via commercial parcel couriers. Experienced production staff provide responsive customer service to guide decorators on artwork preparation, heat press parameters, and substrate testing.
