Krexil

Krexil LLC is a small equipment manufacturer at 105 Wood St, Wyckoff, NJ 07481 that designs and builds desktop production tools for shops that need repeatable results without a full industrial setup. Its product line includes CNC roll-to-sheet cutters for paper and film, a spring forming machine, a corrugated shipping box maker, and a laser-engraved saw backstop. For DTF shops, the relevant product is the film roll cutting machine, which uses the same motorized cutter platform as Krexil's paper roll cutter. An operator mounts a roll, threads the leading edge, enters a sheet length and quantity on the console, and presses Go. A dual-stepper drive feeds the film along steel guide rails and a carriage blade makes a straight cross-cut, so each sheet comes out the same length and square to the roll edge. The company states the machine is for straight sheeting only; it does not contour-cut around printed designs the way a vinyl plotter does.

Three widths are offered. As of October 2026 the 12-inch model (SKU CRC-1212) was listed at $849 and measures 22 x 14 x 9 inches at 18 pounds; the 24-inch model was listed at $895 at 34 x 14 x 9 inches and 22 pounds; and the 36-inch model was listed at $995 at 46 x 14 x 9 inches and 27 pounds. All three accept rolls up to 12 inches in diameter, with an optional extension accessory for 16-inch rolls. Published specifications are shared across the line: cut length resolution of 1 mm with stated accuracy of plus or minus 1 percent, a material thickness range of .002 to .012 inch, and a 12-volt, 1-amp power supply. The six-button console with display covers length, quantity, jog, delay, units, width, speed, eject, and sensor settings.

Krexil lists DTF, sublimation, PET, BOPP, foil, PE, PP, and reflective films along with most papers as compatible materials, and asks buyers with unusual stock to send a sample for testing before ordering. Two optional sensors extend the base machine: a Just-In-Time sensor that waits for the previous sheet to be removed before cutting the next one, and a Mark sensor that cuts at printed registration marks, which the company positions for shops that print DTF gang sheets to roll and sheet them afterward. Replacement blades are sold through Amazon and other vendors, and Krexil notes that titanium-coated blades last longer on some materials. The cutter crossbars ship in a separate box and attach with a screwdriver.

Krexil offers free ground shipping within the United States and ships only domestically, using UPS, FedEx, and USPS. Stock items are processed within two business days, orders placed before 1 PM Eastern begin processing the same day, and typical delivery is two to nine business days. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery on unused items in original packaging with no restocking fee, although the customer pays return shipping unless the return is due to a Krexil error. Every product carries a one-year limited warranty from the date of delivery covering defects in materials and workmanship; blades and other wear parts are excluded, and warranty service is handled remotely or at the Krexil facility rather than on site.
