Kustom Imprints

Kustom Imprints is a large-scale apparel decoration plant and promotional products manufacturer based at 1661 N Glassell St in Orange, California 92867. Established in 1990, the firm has spent more than three decades producing custom screen-printed t-shirts, athletic jerseys, school spirit wear, and corporate uniforms for organizations throughout Orange County.

The Glassell Street facility houses multiple automatic screen printing carousels capable of outputting thousands of imprinted garments daily. Decorating techniques include multi-color spot printing, simulated process color separations, digital heat transfers, tackle twill lettering, and multi-head commercial embroidery for polos, jackets, and caps.

Customers have access to extensive blank garment catalogs from leading apparel distributors such as SanMar and S&S Activewear. Local clients can take advantage of on-site will-call pickup at the Orange production facility, while commercial accounts utilize regional delivery services across Southern California.
