Macaport

Macaport is a custom apparel and DTF printing business in New London, Wisconsin, operated by Macaport LLC, a Wisconsin limited liability company. Its website lists the shop at 3080 Frederick Farm Ln. Suite 101, New London, WI 54961, and customer questions go to support@macaport.com. The company says it was founded and is operated in New London and serves customers across Wisconsin and nationwide. In its listing submission to DTF Database, the company stated it has been in business for eight years.

For decorators, resellers, and anyone pressing their own apparel, Macaport sells 22-inch-wide DTF gang sheets through a browser-based builder at sheets.macaport.com. Customers upload images or add text, arrange pieces by hand or with an auto-layout tool, and trim unused length before checkout. The builder warns when pieces overlap or run outside the print area and flags artwork under 150 DPI before payment. Drafts and past artwork can be saved to an account for reorders, but no account is required to design and check out.

As of October 2026, gang sheets are priced at $0.50 per inch of length, so a 22 × 24 in sheet is $12.00. Sheet lengths run from 12 to 120 inches. The company lists a turnaround of 1–3 business days, with free pickup at the New London shop or shipping chosen at checkout.

Macaport's other services center on finished custom apparel. It prints and embroiders T-shirts, long sleeves, hoodies, crewnecks, quarter zips, jackets, polos, jerseys, joggers, shorts, hats, beanies, and bags, in youth through 4XL, on brands from Gildan, Port & Company, and Sport-Tek up to Nike, Adidas, and Under Armour, with no apparel minimums. It also runs online team stores, where each member of a school team, club, booster group, or business orders and pays individually and the finished items are bagged by name, and it offers onsite printing at tournaments, fairs, and school events. Sublimation, headwear, and promotional products are listed as additional services.
