Off Tha Hook Custom Tees

Off Tha Hook Custom Tees provides custom apparel printing, garment decoration, and promotional merchandise from its Main Street production shop in downtown Pawtucket, Rhode Island. Founded by Jamaal Burgess as a certified veteran-owned small business, the operation caters to local musicians, community sports programs, independent streetwear brands, family reunions, and small businesses throughout Providence County. The print studio is equipped with commercial heat transfer presses, silkscreen carousels, and digital artwork workstations.

Specializing in rapid-turnaround apparel decoration, the shop provides direct-to-film full-color heat transfers, traditional plastisol silkscreening, custom vinyl heat lettering, and sticker printing. Direct-to-film transfers enable the shop to produce detailed photo graphics, bright neon accents, and clean multi-color chest designs with zero color separation limitations. Customers can select from a wide range of blank garments including ringspun cotton t-shirts, fleece pullover hoodies, custom snapbacks, and athletic jerseys.

Customers can pick up completed orders in person at the Pawtucket storefront or request ground shipping across Rhode Island and nationwide. Flexible ordering policies accommodate single custom sample pieces alongside volume merchandise runs of hundreds of garments. Transfer pressing instructions recommend 310 degrees Fahrenheit for fifteen seconds under firm pressure, cooling completely prior to peel, and finishing with a protective four-second post-press.
