RTS Embroidery & Promotional Solutions

RTS Embroidery & Promotional Solutions operates a dedicated apparel decoration and branding facility situated on Linwood Drive in Johnston, Rhode Island. Serving commercial enterprises, municipal public safety departments, labor unions, and academic organizations across Providence County, the company specializes in combining computerized textile embroidery, commercial silkscreen printing, and modern direct-to-film heat transfers. The shop maintains industrial multi-head embroidery equipment alongside precision heat presses calibrated for corporate uniforms, outerwear, and promotional products.

Direct-to-film heat transfer solutions provide commercial buyers with an efficient method to produce full-color logos and high-detail badges without high screen setup expenses. Transfer films adhere cleanly across breathable tri-blends, heavy ringspun cotton t-shirts, fleece hoodies, performance polo shirts, and technical headwear. Production workflows maintain strict quality control standards, ensuring crisp edge definition, high wash-durability, and exact Pantone color matching across every decorated batch. Standard production turnaround spans seven to ten business days.

Orders can be retrieved directly from the Johnston production facility or dispatched via tracked parcel services throughout New England and nationwide. Flexible order volumes accommodate small specialty business orders as well as large corporate franchise uniform rollouts. Heat press recommendations for applying direct-to-film transfers require 315 degrees Fahrenheit for fourteen seconds under firm pressure, peeling cold, and sealing with a silicone cover sheet for four seconds.
