Sarasota Shirts

Sarasota Shirts operates a commercial apparel decoration and transfer printing facility situated at 1205 South Beneva Road in Sarasota, Florida. Serving sports leagues, local businesses, schools, and independent apparel brands across Sarasota, Bradenton, and the Suncoast region, the company produces high-resolution Direct to Film (DTF) transfers alongside traditional screen printing and commercial embroidery. Customers can order custom transfers for self-application or request full turnkey garment decoration with no minimum order constraints.

The production center utilizes modern wide-format roll-to-roll DTF printing systems equipped with automatic white ink recirculation, precision powder shaking units, and radiant curing dryers; specific machinery models and hardware configurations are not publicly published by the business. The resulting transfers feature vibrant color reproduction and resilient elasticity, bonding seamlessly to cotton, polyester, moisture-wicking blends, and heavy fleece garments.

Orders can be scheduled for local storefront pickup at the Sarasota facility during regular business hours, while regional and out-of-state orders are dispatched via carrier delivery. Standard heat press application calls for 300°F to 315°F for 12 to 15 seconds under medium-to-firm pressure, followed by a cold peel and a brief post-press to ensure maximum wash durability.
