Stellar Designs
Stellar Designs is a premier apparel embellishment shop in Anchorage, offering custom digital heat transfers, screen printing, and embroidery.
Operating in Anchorage since 1981, Stellar Designs is a commercial apparel printing and custom embroidery enterprise located at 6340 Petersburg Street, Anchorage, Alaska 99507. With more than four decades of continuous service in Southcentral Alaska, the shop supplies commercial workwear, athletic uniforms, school spirit wear, and corporate merchandise to organizations across the state.
The company operates an extensive production plant outfitted with automatic textile screen printing presses, multi-head commercial embroidery machinery, and digital transfer printing stations. Digital Direct-to-Film (DTF) transfer capabilities allow Stellar Designs to decorate complex gradient logos, photographic graphics, and multi-color emblems on fleece, softshell jackets, technical outerwear, and cotton tees without screen setup constraints.
Orders generally complete within 7 to 10 business days after artwork approval. DTF heat press specifications call for application at 310 to 320 degrees Fahrenheit for 12 to 14 seconds at firm pressure, followed by complete cooling before peeling the PET film and a post-press sealing cycle. Anchorage customers can pick up orders at the South Anchorage facility or utilize freight services for bush Alaska delivery.
