Super Custom Tees

Super Custom Tees is a custom apparel and direct-to-film (DTF) transfer print shop located at 8930 State Route 108, Columbia, MD 21045, serving the Baltimore–Washington area and customers across the United States. It can be reached at (667) 447-7913 or contact@supercustomtees.com and operates on weekdays.

The shop's DTF lineup covers several formats. Gang sheets are available 22 inches wide, from $2.99 for 22 × 6 in and $11.99 for 22 × 24 in up to $149.99 for 22 × 300 in as of October 2026, and in a narrower 12-inch width starting at $2.99. Customers can build a sheet in an online builder or upload a finished file. Custom DTF transfers by size run from $1.00 for a 1-inch label to about $5 for a 10-inch adult print, and a measured upload option prices transfers by their exact dimensions. Glitter DTF is offered on 11-inch-wide gang sheets and by size, UV DTF is available for hard surfaces, and a catalog of ready-to-press premade designs and gang sheets is organized by theme.

Super Custom Tees also sells blank apparel, including Gildan, Bella + Canvas, Comfort Colors, Sport-Tek, and Port & Company styles, and prints custom apparel such as tees, polos, hoodies, and hats on a quote basis. The shop can also press DTF transfers that customers have purchased or print on new blanks that customers supply. It advertises no minimum orders and bulk pricing for businesses and resellers.

DTF transfer sheets typically dispatch within one business day, and DTF orders placed on weekday mornings can be ready the same business day; the site lists the cutoff as 10 or 11 AM Eastern. UV DTF dispatches in one to two business days. Free local pickup is available at the Columbia shop, and orders ship within the U.S. by UPS or USPS Ground, with standard delivery at $8.99 and free delivery on orders over $95. The shop recommends pressing at 310°F for 10–15 seconds on cotton or 275°F on polyester with medium-heavy pressure, followed by a second five-to-ten-second press with parchment.
