Transfer Superstars is a commercial direct-to-film printing facility based in South El Monte, California. Operating from 1442 Chico Avenue in the eastern Greater Los Angeles area, the company provides high-volume contract DTF printing, custom gang sheet production, and specialty transfer manufacturing for apparel brands, promotional products distributors, commercial screen printers, and embroidery shops across North America.

The facility specializes in 22-inch-wide continuous DTF gang sheets printed on industrial roll-to-roll machinery. Sheets range in length from 22 × 12 inches up to 22 × 100 inches, allowing decorators to nest multiple logos, full-chest graphics, sleeve prints, and neck labels onto a single sheet. In addition to textile transfers, Transfer Superstars produces UV DTF sticker decals and custom cup wraps. These transfers feature full-color printing topped with high-gloss spot varnish and permanent pressure-sensitive adhesive, allowing decorators to apply durable, raised emblems to drinkware, hard goods, electronics, and promotional substrates without requiring heat pressing.

Standard production turnaround at Transfer Superstars is one to three business days, with rush turnaround tiers available for time-sensitive jobs. Finished transfers ship nationwide via UPS and USPS from the South El Monte facility, and local customers can coordinate order pickup directly at the shop. The company also offers sample packs to allow decorators to test print quality, peel characteristics, and fabric adhesion prior to commercial orders.
