1DTF Beavercreek

1DTF Beavercreek, operating in conjunction with T-Shirts Place at The Greene Town Center on Glengarry Drive in Beavercreek, Ohio, provides rapid direct-to-film heat transfer production and custom apparel printing. Serving Greene and Montgomery counties in the eastern Dayton metropolitan area, the facility combines convenient seven-day retail access with industrial-grade digital transfer machinery. The shop caters to local entrepreneurs, school sports clubs, military organizations at Wright-Patterson AFB, and custom t-shirt creators requiring urgent fulfillment.

The facility is equipped with automated direct-to-film printers that run seven days a week, outputting full-color transfers on continuous film rolls. Customers can build gang sheets online using an interactive layout tool or submit individual graphic files for same-day production. 1DTF Beavercreek utilizes elastic hot-melt powder formulations that deliver high wash resistance, vivid graphic detail, and smooth color blends across cotton, polyester, blends, and nylon garments without color-count surcharges.

Situated in a bustling open-air lifestyle center, 1DTF Beavercreek offers standard same-day local pickup for transfer orders submitted before the 3:00 PM production cutoff. The retail storefront also maintains an extensive inventory of blank apparel, enabling clients to purchase transfers and blank garments in a single visit or take advantage of in-house commercial heat pressing services. Regional and nationwide shipping options are available for customers located outside the Dayton area.
