Bay Area DTF, operating under the trade identity USA DTF Printing, is a dedicated commercial transfer production facility based in Fremont, California. The shop is located at 43044 Christy St, Fremont, CA 94538, strategically positioned in the southern East Bay near the Interstate 880 and Auto Mall Parkway corridor. Decorators can contact the shop via call or text at (415) 535-6764 or by email at orderbayareadtf@gmail.com, with facility hours Monday through Friday from 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM and Saturday from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM.
The company prints 22-inch-wide custom DTF gang sheets utilizing high-output commercial film printers. Customers can upload pre-arranged 300 DPI print files in PNG or PDF format or design layouts directly using an integrated online gang sheet builder that automatically nests logos, sleeve prints, and neck labels. Standard gang sheet lengths include 24-inch, 36-inch, 60-inch, 84-inch, and custom extended rolls. The company also produces 3D UV DTF transfer sheets for application to hard-surface substrates without heat.
Bay Area DTF formulates its transfer adhesives to withstand 40 to 50 commercial laundry cycles without cracking, peeling, or fading when washed inside-out. The white underbase is dynamically choked and managed to prevent white outline fringing on dark garments, ensuring crisp rendering across dark cotton, polyester athletic gear, and blended fleece.
Published pressing specifications call for heat press operation at 300°F to 320°F (150°C to 160°C) for 10 to 15 seconds under medium to firm pressure. The film features an immediate hot peel formulation, allowing fast production cycles during volume pressing runs. There are no minimum order constraints on custom transfer sheets, same-day printing is available for early orders, and customers can choose between free Fremont storefront collection or tracked shipping via USPS and UPS.
