Bostonian DTF

Bostonian DTF is a specialized transfer production shop located on Dorchester Avenue in South Boston, Massachusetts. The company manufactures commercial direct-to-film heat transfers, full-color gang sheets, and UV DTF dimensional decals for independent apparel decorators, regional streetwear brands, and promotional merchandise printers across Greater Boston. Production utilizes high-resolution digital print systems equipped with dense white ink backing and premium TPU hot-melt adhesive powders to produce flexible transfers capable of pressing onto cotton, polyester, nylon, and performance blends.

The company provides an intuitive web platform where print buyers can assemble custom gang sheets using online layout tools or upload print-ready raster and vector files up to 22 inches in width. Custom orders placed before 2:00 PM Eastern Time qualify for same-day shipping, while local customers can access scheduled next-day pickup at the Dorchester Avenue facility. Beyond standard textile transfers, the print facility produces UV DTF transfers engineered for direct application to hard surfaces, drinkware, glassware, and promotional packaging without heat pressing.

All transfer films manufactured by Bostonian DTF arrive cured and ready to press using standard commercial heat press equipment. The shop maintains a strict zero-minimum ordering policy that accommodates single-sample proofing alongside high-volume contract printing for schools, colleges, and local corporate events. Support staff assist customers with artwork resolution checks, color profiling, and press parameter guidelines across diverse garment substrates.
