Cali DTF Prints

Cali DTF Prints is a direct-to-film printing facility located in Sacramento, California. The shop operates at 1402 Richards Blvd, Sacramento, CA 95811, situated near downtown Sacramento with dedicated customer parking for order collection. The business can be reached by phone at (916) 292-9166 or via email at info@calidtfprints.com, with storefront operating hours Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

The company's primary focus is producing high-resolution, full-color DTF transfers and custom gang sheets. Customers can create layouts using an interactive web-based gang sheet builder or upload pre-formatted print files. Gang sheets are printed on 22-inch-wide film rolls, with standard sizing starting at 22 × 12 inches for $7.99 and extending to continuous rolls for commercial production runs. In addition to standard textile transfers, the company produces UV DTF adhesive sticker sheets designed for application to hard goods such as tumblers, acrylic, glass, and metal.

Beyond film transfers, Cali DTF Prints provides finished apparel decoration services, imprinting custom designs on blank t-shirts, hoodies, team jerseys, and caps. The facility also operates commercial embroidery equipment and wide-format printers capable of producing vinyl banners, decals, and promotional signage for Northern California businesses, organizations, and independent apparel labels.

Cali DTF Prints publishes explicit application guidelines for its heat transfers. The company recommends a 5-second garment pre-press, followed by a primary press at 300°F for 6 to 10 seconds under firm pressure. The transfer film is designed for an immediate hot peel, followed by a finishing press under a protective sheet for 6 to 10 seconds to enhance wash durability. Standard gang sheet orders require no minimum quantity, qualifying rush orders submitted before 11:00 AM receive same-day processing, and standard packages ship nationwide via USPS and UPS.
