California DTF

California DTF is a direct-to-film (DTF) transfer printer based in Richmond, California, in the East Bay north of Oakland. Its contact page lists the shop at 3065 Richmond Pkwy Suite 105, Richmond, CA 94806, where it offers local service and order pickup. The business can be reached at (510) 367-3039 or californiadtf@gmail.com and is open Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM and Saturday from 10 AM to 4 PM.

The core product is the 22-inch-wide DTF gang sheet. Customers can upload a finished sheet or lay one out in the company's online gang sheet builder, and both standard and halftone versions are offered. As of October 2026, standard gang sheets are listed from $7.10 for 22 × 12 in and $14.30 for 22 × 24 in up to $137.50 for 22 × 360 in, with longer sheets priced at a lower rate per inch. A bulk option offers 22 × 360 in sheets at $96.25 each with a five-sheet minimum. Glitter DTF gang sheets, printed 22.5 inches wide, start at $25.99 for a 24-inch length.

Beyond transfers, California DTF sells DTF-printed apparel on blanks such as Bella + Canvas, American Apparel, and Gildan, and it produces engraved leatherette patches. The company says it prints a gradient white layer behind colors to reduce the plastic feel of the transfer, and it asks for 300 DPI PNG artwork with a transparent background (SVG, EPS, and AI are also accepted).

California DTF advertises no minimum order on standard gang sheets. Its FAQ states that orders received by 1 PM ship the same day, and same-day local pickup is available at the Richmond shop. Orders ship within the United States via USPS, UPS, and FedEx, with expedited options at extra cost. The company recommends pressing at 290°F with medium-high pressure for about 10–15 seconds and states that its transfers can be peeled warm or cold.
