DTF25
Chicago DTF print shop on West Madison Street producing 13-inch custom gang sheets and heat transfers with same-day cutoff and local pickup.
DTF25 is an independent commercial Direct to Film printing operation based at 5853 W Madison St on the West Side of Chicago, Illinois. The company specializes in manufacturing custom heat transfers and gang sheets for apparel decorators, streetwear brands, independent artists, and corporate organizations across Cook County and nationwide.
The facility distinguishes itself by printing on specialized thirteen-inch wide film rolls rather than traditional twenty-two-inch sheets. This narrower roll width aligns directly with standard adult full-front graphic dimensions, reducing unused film area and lowering per-transfer pricing for garment creators. Ordering options include an interactive online gang sheet builder, direct print-ready file uploads, and individual transfers by size ranging from pocket and chest placements to oversized full-back prints.
Production operates Monday through Friday from 10:00 AM to 5:30 PM with dedicated Saturday morning pickup windows between 9:00 AM and 11:00 AM. Print-ready orders submitted before the 12:00 PM CT daily cutoff are printed and packaged on the same business day for local shop collection or fast carrier shipping throughout the Midwest.
