DTFXpress
DTFXpress in Denver, Colorado specializes in commercial direct-to-film heat transfers, continuous gang sheet rolls, rapid rush printing, and local facility pickup.
DTFXpress is an industrial direct-to-film transfer printing and production center located at 625 E 70th Ave, Unit 4, in Denver, Colorado 80229. Situated in the northern Denver metropolitan corridor near the junction of Interstate 25 and Interstate 76, the production facility serves commercial apparel decorators, independent streetwear brands, sports leagues, and contract screen printers across Denver, Adams County, and the Front Range.
The company operates commercial roll-to-roll DTF printing equipment engineered for high-resolution graphics, continuous gradient fills, and fine typographic detail. Transfers are manufactured using multi-channel CMYK textile pigment inks backed by dense, high-opacity white ink underbases and fine-grain thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) hot-melt adhesive powder. The resulting heat transfers offer elastic stretch recovery and high wash resistance across cotton t-shirts, polyester team uniforms, heavyweight fleece hoodies, and canvas bags without per-color setup charges.
Standard orders typically complete within 2 to 3 business days, with 24-hour and 12-hour same-day rush printing accommodated for urgent commercial timelines. Local clients can retrieve completed transfers directly from the Denver production facility Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM and Saturday from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM Mountain Time, or select nationwide parcel delivery.
