Philly DTF
Center City Philadelphia custom print shop offering walk-in direct-to-film transfers, gang sheets, UV DTF decals, and same-day turnaround on North 11th Street.
Philly DTF, operating in partnership with Perfect Foto, is a downtown Philadelphia direct-to-film printing facility located on North 11th Street in Center City. The studio provides ready-to-press DTF transfers, custom continuous gang sheets, UV DTF stickers, and full-color garment decoration for local apparel creators, retail boutiques, and corporate clients. Featuring retail walk-in service seven days a week, the business provides accessible in-person consultations alongside online file submission.
The production operation utilizes multi-head commercial DTF printing systems running OEKO-TEX certified pigment ink sets paired with high-opacity white ink underbases and premium melt powders. This setup ensures vibrant color reproduction, smooth gradients, and sharp line definition on dark and light fabrics alike. Transfers press onto 100 percent cotton, combed ring-spun blends, polyester sportswear, nylon jackets, tote bags, and headwear with soft-hand stretch and durable wash fastness.
In addition to transfer production, Philly DTF offers on-site heat pressing, custom t-shirt printing, and UV DTF decals formulated for rigid substrates such as glassware, tumblers, and promotional items. Local Philadelphia clients benefit from counter pickup on North 11th Street with same-day rush production options, while regional decorators throughout Eastern Pennsylvania and New Jersey take advantage of expedited courier and parcel shipping.
