San Diego DTF Print
San Diego custom DTF transfer provider offering 22-inch by-the-foot gang sheet printing, pay-per-inch custom transfers, 24-hour turnaround, and Miramar warehouse pickup.
San Diego DTF Print is a commercial digital heat transfer printing business located in the Miramar industrial district of San Diego, California. Operating from 7949 Silverton Avenue, the company provides direct-to-film transfers to local San Diego County screen printers, embroiderers, sportswear brands, and corporate apparel providers.
The shop operates production-grade DTF roll printers outputting 22-inch-wide sheets using high-density white inks and vibrant CMYK color sets. Pricing is structured transparently on a per-inch basis starting at approximately $0.35 per linear inch for short runs, with tiered quantity discounts scaling down to $0.25 per linear inch for high-volume commercial runs. Standard gang sheet lengths range from 2 feet to 20 feet.
Transfers are printed on universal double-matte film compatible with both hot-peel and cold-peel applications. The printed backing utilizes fine-grain thermoplastic polyurethane adhesive powder that cures to a flexible, soft-hand finish resistant to repeated commercial wash cycles on cotton, poly-blends, polyester, and performance nylon.
Turnaround time is consistently 24 to 48 hours from artwork submission. Customers located in the greater San Diego metro area can opt for free local will-call pickup at the Miramar facility Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, while orders requiring delivery ship via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground nationwide.
