Transfer305 (DTF Chroma Zone)

Transfer305 is the customer-facing online store of DTF Chroma Zone, a direct-to-film (DTF) print facility located at 10775 SW 190th St Unit 7, Miami, FL 33157. Both names refer to the same Miami operation: orders are placed through Transfer305 and printed at the DTF Chroma Zone facility. The business describes itself as veteran-owned and serves both English- and Spanish-speaking customers, with separate Spanish-language sales and artwork inboxes. It can be reached at (305) 801-8267 (phone or WhatsApp) or sales@transfer305.com.

The company prints two product lines. Its DTF transfers are heat-applied transfers for garments and textiles, including cotton, polyester, blends, performance wear, hoodies, sweatshirts, and tote bags. Its UV-DTF transfers are adhesive transfers for smooth hard surfaces such as tumblers, mugs, glass, acrylic, plastic, metal, and packaging, and are applied without a heat press. Transfer305 states that its facility is G7 Master Qualified, a color-management qualification from Idealliance, and lists its G7 facility ID as 534486.

Pricing is based on square inches, with no minimum order and no setup fee according to the company's site. As of October 2026, DTF gang sheets are listed at $0.02 per square inch on a 24.5-inch-wide sheet, from $2.99 for a 24.5 × 6 in sheet up to $125.49 for a 24.5 × 300 in sheet, and DTF transfers ordered at a set finished size are $0.04 per square inch. UV-DTF gang sheets run $0.04 per square inch on a 23-inch-wide sheet, from $5.99 for 23 × 6 in, and UV-DTF transfers by size are $0.06 per square inch. A $10 custom sample gang sheet (24.5 × 24 in, printed from the customer's own artwork) is offered once per customer with shipping included within the contiguous U.S.

Customers can build layouts in an online gang sheet builder, use a "rolling canvas" builder that sizes the sheet to the artwork, upload a finished gang sheet, or order individual transfers by size. Customers who cannot use the builder can email artwork to files@transfer305.com or send it by WhatsApp with the finished size, quantity, and deadline to receive a quote. The company recommends 300 DPI PNG files with transparent backgrounds and also accepts PDF, AI, PSD, SVG, EPS, JPG, and TIFF.

For turnaround, Transfer305 says qualifying weekday orders that are paid, approved, and print-ready before 2:00 PM ET can receive same-day production, with most orders printed and shipped within one to two business days; same-day production is not guaranteed for very large orders or special projects. Orders ship nationwide via USPS and UPS with rates calculated at checkout, and local pickup at the Miami facility is arranged once the company confirms an order is ready.

The company publishes fabric-specific pressing guidance for its hot-peel DTF transfers, listing starting points of 295°F for 8–12 seconds on cotton, 275°F for 8–12 seconds on poly-cotton blends, and 235–275°F for 6–8 seconds on polyester, and recommends verifying platen temperature with an infrared thermometer.
