Mimaki TxF330-800 DTF Printer: 16 Cartridges, 1.5x Speed

What Changed From the TxF300-75

Mimaki's previous DTF machine, the TxF300-75, built its reputation on white opacity and stability rather than raw speed. The TxF330-800 keeps that positioning and addresses the two complaints production shops had: throughput and unattended run time.

Speed. Mimaki claims 1.5x the production speed of the TxF300-75, with up to 11.5 m²/h in standard production modes. In practical terms that is roughly 124 square feet per hour, which puts it in the same conversation as other 30-inch-class production DTF printers, though still well below 64-inch twin-roll machines like the Epson SureColor G9070 at 350 ft²/hr. Ink capacity and hot swapping. Sixteen cartridge slots, with up to eight dedicated to white, give the printer up to 4 liters of white ink on board. The UISS system switches to a fresh cartridge automatically when one runs out and lets the operator replace the empty one without stopping the job. White ink is the consumable DTF printers burn fastest, so this is the change that most affects overnight and long-run production. Film handling. Mimaki Feed Tension Technology (MFT) is designed to keep film transport stable over long high-speed runs and reduce misalignment. Mimaki also released an updated version of its existing printer, the TxF300-75Plus, on March 24, 2026. It adds four extra white ink cartridge slots and the same UISS hot-swap capability, which Mimaki says allows 8 to 9 hours of continuous printing. It does not get the speed increase or the new ink colors. Shops that own a TxF300-75 and mainly want longer unattended runs may find the Plus a closer fit than the TxF330-800.

This is not a starter machine. Mimaki's DTF printers sell through authorized dealers to production shops that need consistent output across shifts, and the TxF330-800's feature list is aimed at the same buyer:
