Decorated Apparel Trade Shows 2027: Dates and Venues

The 2027 decorated apparel show calendar has three major dates for DTF buyers: Impressions Expo Long Beach on January 21 to 23, Impressions Expo Atlantic City on March 18 to 20, and PRINTING United Expo in Las Vegas on September 14 to 16. Those dates and venues come from the organizers' own sites. This guide lists them, adds the one remaining 2026 show for context, and explains how a DTF shop can decide which to attend.

2027 show calendar

For the remaining 2026 show, see the Impressions Expo Dallas preview, which covers Oct. 21 to 23, 2026 at the Hilton Anatole.

Impressions Expo Long Beach

The Long Beach show's site lists the expo and conference for January 21 to 23, 2027 at the Long Beach Convention Center. The organizer says about 90 percent of attendees come from California, Nevada, Arizona, Utah, Oregon, and Washington, which makes it the regional show for the West Coast. As of Oct. 12, 2026 the site links to a conference schedule and speaker page but does not list specific sessions, speakers, or featured exhibitors. Registration pricing is not shown on the main page.

Impressions Expo Atlantic City

The Atlantic City show's site lists March 18 to 20, 2027 at the Atlantic City Convention Center. It describes the event as a decorated apparel trade show and conference and links to a conference schedule and speakers, without listing sessions as of Oct. 12, 2026. Third-party calendars may show different start dates, so rely on the organizer's page.

PRINTING United Expo 2027

According to the show's official FAQ, PRINTING United Expo is scheduled for September 14 to 16, 2027 at the Las Vegas Convention Center, with Atlanta listed for October 18 to 20, 2028 at the Georgia World Congress Center. The 2026 edition is covered in the PRINTING United 2026 preview, including DTF printers and presses shown on the floor.

How a DTF shop can use a show

• Compare machines side by side. Printers like the Roland TY-300i and Brother DTRX100 are easier to judge in person than from a spec sheet.
• Test samples. Bring a few of your own designs on your usual blanks. Ask exhibitors for wash and stretch information, and for service terms in writing.
• Check supplies. Transfer film, powder, and ink are where ongoing cost sits; ask for per-square-foot figures. The DTF transfer film guide lists what to ask.
• Look at presses. The heat press buying guide lists sizes and types.
• Ask about show pricing. Some exhibitors offer show-only pricing; confirm the terms before you buy.
