Width measured 1" below armhole, laid flat. Length from top of collar to bottom hem. Age ranges are approximate — always have parents/coaches collect actual sizes.

1. Scale your designs proportionally. Don't slap a 12" adult design on a YXS shirt. Here's a quick sizing guide:

2. Adjust placement for shorter body lengths. A YXS is only 20" long — your standard 3.5" from collar placement will work, but larger designs need to be scaled down so they don't extend too close to the hem. See our Shirt Placement Guide.

1. Watch dye migration on neons — the PC380Y does NOT have PosiCharge technology. Neon Blue, Neon Green, Neon Orange, Neon Pink, and Neon Yellow are all high risk. Drop to 270°F and test press every neon color before production.

1. Reduce pressure on YXS and YS — these tiny shirts have less material. Heavy pressure can press through to the back or cause the transfer adhesive to seep.

1. Back number placement for jerseys — center numbers at 8"–9" from collar on youth sizes vs. 10"–11" on adult.
