The PC380LS has a tighter color selection than the short-sleeve PC380 (24 colors) or the ST350LS (25+ colors):

DTF Printing on the PC380LS: Settings & Tips
Performance shirts need less heat and less time than cotton. The settings are the same as the short-sleeve PC380.
Recommended DTF Press Settings

- Fold sleeves back before pressing chest designs — bunched sleeve fabric under the press creates uneven pressure and poor adhesion.
- Pre-press for 5 seconds to remove moisture. Long sleeves trap more humidity in the fabric than short sleeves.
- Sleeve printing — use a small platen or hat press for sponsor logos or text on sleeves. Standard press platens are too wide for clean sleeve prints.
- No PosiCharge — unlike the ST350LS, the PC380LS does not have PosiCharge color-lock technology. Be extra careful with dye migration on darker colors (Deep Navy, Red, Dark Green, Athletic Maroon). Stay at 270°F on dark colors and always test press first.
- Neon Yellow warning — the only neon option. Still high risk for dye migration. Drop temp to 270°F and test.
