The 24H5E uses the same five heads but adds a separate pre-heating chamber (38.5 x 38.5 in), the extended 24POWE dryer with built-in fume extraction, automated wet capping, and an automatic dancer bar for film tension. ColDesi rates it at 500+ transfers or 275+ linear feet per hour. The trade-off is space: ColDesi lists the combined 24H5E system at 181.5 x 78 in. ColDesi's 24H5E page lists a 2-year warranty with 1 year on printheads, longer than the 24H5 listing.

24H6 and 24H6E

The six-head models are the newest part of the series. ColDesi's announcement gives the 24H6E the same 500+ transfers or 275+ linear feet per hour headline as the 24H5E and positions it as the top of the range. ColDesi also pairs it with its AcroShear automated transfer cutter and the AP360 six-station automatic DTF press ($89,995 in the store) for shops building a mostly hands-off line.

One caution for buyers: when we checked on September 25, the 24H6E store listing's detailed spec table repeated the five-head 24H5 figures. Until ColDesi publishes a six-head spec sheet, ask for the 24H6E's head configuration, speed by pass count, dryer model, and warranty in writing.
