What Custom Ink reviewers praise and complain about
Trustpilot's own summary of recent reviews says customers find the platform simple for uploading artwork, choosing garments and ordering, and mention durable materials, vibrant prints and shipping faster than expected. On the negative side, the same summary reports unexpected delivery delays, with some shipments arriving well past the scheduled dates, and complaints of stiff fabric, poor construction or other quality flaws.
How Custom Ink pricing works
Custom Ink gives a quote with no obligation to buy. Its help centre says price is driven mainly by three things: the product, the total number of ink colours, and the total quantity; names and numbers or special requests can change it. Design review, quality review, setup fees, standard shipping and the money-back guarantee are included. Because screen printing is priced by colour, a one- or two-colour design is usually cheaper per shirt than a many-colour one; the screen charge guide explains why.
Custom Ink describes screen printing as best value at scale for designs with one to three solid colours, and digital printing as having no colour limits, which suits photos, gradients and small orders. When a printed tee is chosen, Custom Ink decides which of the two methods to use.
Turnaround and shipping
Standard delivery is two weeks with free shipping on domestic orders, and customers can pick a delivery date at checkout. For faster delivery, Custom Ink lists a one-week rush at 15% of the order cost and a three-day super rush at 30%, which requires ordering by 2 pm ET on Tuesday for Friday delivery and is not available on all products. Shipping to multiple US addresses costs $9.95 per address.
Custom Ink guarantee
If an order differs significantly from the approved design, arrives flawed, or arrives later than promised, Custom Ink says customers can contact it for a replacement or refund, through an order issues form. Its help pages do not state a time limit for claims.
